Welcome to your Authorised Push Payment  Regulatory Audit as a Service (APP RAaaS):


Welcome, and congratulations on being selected to do this survey.

 

Your organisation is looking at taking out APP Insurance or is looking to reduce the risks from APP Fraud. Please click here to read our e-guide on APP Insurance and learn more about APP Fraud. 

This survey system uses organisational behavioral science methods and algorithms to minimise the number of questions (or more accurately 'statements') that you get to fill in for your role. The survey will feel different from a traditional audit, you can read more about how and why in our FAQ's and in the video below.

Before you begin:
 

  • There are no 'right' or 'wrong' answers, and this is absolutely not a test. The (non judgmental) statements remove bias (of all sorts) from the survey, so please just answer them how you feel and your experience of working in your organisation.

  • You have to select a response in order to move on.  If you feel that the answers provided do not reflect what you want to say, please select the most relevant one and provide comments in the additional comments box. We continue to learn too and feedback will help us shape and improve future surveys.  

​

  • To keep the number of questions and statements to a minimum we have setup relevant 'participant groups' - you will have been told which participant group you have been allocated to - please do enter this correctly as you start the survey to ensure you get statements that are most relevant to your role.

​

  • There is no 'back' facility on the survey - it is intended to be 'forward only' as part of the design.

​

  • This is not an anonymous survey and your comments may be traced back to your email address. ​

​

  • The privacy policy applicable to this survey are here and have already been accepted by your organisation and will be deemed to be accepted by you in completing the survey. 

​

  • Please ensure when completing your responses you would be able to support with additional evidence should it be requested.

 

  • Your responses need to be as accurate as possible (supported with comments if applicable) to ensure validation of your APP fraud reimbursement insurance policy.

 

  • There is a pause button should you need to stop your survey and resume at a later time. You will be sent a link to your email address which will take you to your partially completed survey.  If at any point during the survey you encounter a problem, or have any questions please use this function so your survey is saved and contact your audit lead Emma (emma@greenswancompliance.com) with any questions or queries.

  • You will receive a bespoke link(s) by your internal lead to access the survey.  The survey is specific to APP measures and controls and contribute to the overall APP insurance application. . You need to complete so we can progress with the APP fraud reimbursement insurance quote.

  • ​The most accurate results from the survey technology are derived by running the survey across all participant groups in the organisation and with full completion by all participants. In the event that there is a low level of completion from a participant group(s) this may impact the accuracy of some score attributes, or be indicative of other factors in these participant groups.

Key dates and timelines:​

​

  • Your APP survey should be completed no later than < T-plus 4 days>. The APP survey link will not work after this time so it is important that everyone is aware of the completion date.

​

  • Your finalised report, including an external auditor review, will be available by  < T-plus 15 days>.

​
