Green Swan Financial" is the brand name of Green Swan Financial Ltd www.greenswanfinancial.com, which is registered in England and Wales Company number 15335567. Green Swan Financial is currently in the process of applying to the FCA and can not currently offer services to customers.

- Green Swan and Green Swan Financial are partner companies, however, they are not part of a group structure but do have shareholders and beneficial owners in common.

- Lightning Aid Ltd registered in England and Wales Company number 14984255 also has common beneficial owners with Green Swan Compliance Ltd and Green Swan Financial Ltd but is not part of a group structure.
